Hello Everyone!

I’m back again – I have been thinking a lot about my blog and really wanted to get back into it. I have neglected it for sometime now. I really missed blogging. I am still working on my other site – the concept has changed once again – it’s going to be a community site but with resources and fun interactive things to do. I guess it’s the same as before but it will be better! lol. I am going to be blogging again this week because I want to! Talk to you then!

I made this layout and I’m really proud of it. lol It’s like the first one that isn’t total crap! lol

I’ve been busy…

I haven’t written on here in a month and I was planning on writing too! I have been very busy in the month of February. A couple weeks ago our school participated in the district level Sears Drama Festival. It’s a festival held every year. I was in two plays. The first I was just an extra, it was about the holocost and what happened after in Czechoslovakia, now known as the Czech Republic. The second one that I was in was a mime. We put it together in 5 days. There was a school that dropped out and my teacher really wanted three plays to move on so we added in another to make that happen. Three plays are moving on but not ours. The school that is in my area thats “the performing arts” school is going on to the regional festival, obviously, but they said that they thought we should have made it rather than the other school that did! It’s such a compliment coming from them because they are all so very talented.

I have been working on my other site, I changed the type of site up. It is no longer going to be a resource and help site. It will now be a community photoblog. Liesl came up with the idea, she’s got a lot of them too! I am planning on opening in April. I would love to have theme weeks and fun contests and stuff dealing with the pictures you post. It is a work in progress at the moment.

Exams, Exams, Exams and more Exams…

Okay, I know, I didn’t write a blog about the dissection but I am pretty sure that you wouldn’t want to hear about that anyway. I was very busy studying for exams this past week. The exams that I had were:

Religion
Cooking
Biology

I didn’t have a fourth one because I dropped a course at midterm because I wasn’t doing so well, plus I don’t need it anyway. lol. So, religion was easy. We had to write to essay questions. My teacher gave us two full scape papers, one for each question, but we were allowed to grab more if needed. We had to double space it…well skip lines. I forgot to do it on the first question but, I wrote the whole front and back of the page, filled. It was a good answer too. haha. On the next question I skipped lines though. I didn’t write a lot for it.
The next day I had my cooking exam, I didn’t study that much because I knew pretty much everything already. It was basic knowledge really. It was the shortest and easiest exam that I ever took. My teacher had them all marked before the time was up. I got 98%! I almost got better than my friend, she got 99%, but if I had gotten one more mark I would have had 91.5/92, which would make my mark higher right? lol. I was happy about that.
The third day, Friday, I had my bio exam. My review was 7 pages, narrow margins, 9 font. There was sooo much to study. I got to the exam and half of what I studied wasn’t on the exam! Most of it was the genetics unit we took, and I was gone away for the first week of that unit and I sucked at it too. lol. It was really hard. I don’t think I did too well on it.
I am excited for next semester which starts this Wednesday. I’ve got:

Drama
Math
English
French

It’s Bliss

Last week I ordered a new phone, the LG Bliss from Virgin Mobile. I have been wanting a new phone for a while. I had the LG Rumor, but got tired of it because there were no cool features besides the keyboard. I kept looking at the site and looking everytime they came out with a phone. I found the LG Bliss. I wanted to go get it, so I went to the mall. I went up to the stand and looked around in the glass where they keep the phones, I didn’t see it. I decided to ask the sales person if they had any. Their response was: “No, We’ve been sold out since before chirstmas.” I then asked: “When will you get any in?” They didn’t know. I went back a week later and they still had none. I was then told they were bought out by Bell (another cell phone company) So, the stand would be closing and this is why they won’t get any in. I wasn’t to happy. I went home and looked online, it was a little more, but I really wanted it, so I ordered it. I ordered it on Tuesday of last week. It came the Thursday of last week. I opened it up and then went to go online to activate it. I did what it said and waited the ammount of time. After, it was not activiated. I then called Virgin Mobile and they told me to enter the numbers again into the phone and it should be activiated in 30 mins. So, I did. Nothing happend, it wasn’t activated. I then called after dinner and It still wasn’t activated.I tried like 5 times and nothing. I then called the next day. Still nothing, I couldn’t even activate my old phone back, somthing was up. I called and they I told the woman what was going on and she was going to look into it. She then comes back on the phone and said that the problem was that the second number you need to enter was different from the first, usually its the same number but, in your case it’s not. I was unable to activate my phone that day because you can only make one change per day. I had to wait. lol. Only till the next morning. I woke up and called, and they then activated it with the right numbers. After all this I wondered, why didn’t the other people look into it like the other person did. Wouldn’t you look at the old information to make sure it’s right with the new info?

Don’t you hate being on hold forever, and that cheesy music?
Did they fix the problem?

We are doing dissection in bio class. Yum. I’ll blog tomorrow about it?

Stresssed Out!

This weekend was a crazy one. First I was called into work on saturday. I thought that I was supposed to work at 4:30 but nope it was actually 11:30. Then, my co-worker calls back and says “nevermind just come in at 1:30.” Oh okay? So you’re giving me less hours even though I was busting my ass just to get there. Although I was happy about not having to rush, I would have gone in anyway just to get the hours. I started this job a few weeks ago. The first time I went in they had to call me to come in because I had no idea of my shift and one of my “bosses” was supposed to call me to let me know I had to come in. I was so mad. They don’t tell you anything at this place. It’s not run very good, or it’s not managed well. I just need to get used to it, I guess.

As to the sleeping situation, I got one of those foam pads on my bed, the temperpedic ones. It is so comfortable. But, sadly, I am still having the worst luck with sleeping. I’m going to try somthing new, no eating before bed, no going on my iPod before bed and relaxing before bed. I am just really tired in the morning. Getting back into the school routine was a little hard too. I don’t really like how we have exams like 3 weeks after we just get back. I’m not sure any other ways we could do it but, It takes time from a two week break to get back to the normal stuff. I’ve already got an assignment and two tests, and these other stupid gizmo things for bio. Am I complaining to much? lol.

Grand Opening!

Bonjour my fellow site owners and other visitors. Welcome to my site. It’s new, as you can tell. I was the old owner of ClipCrunch. I was unable to be hosted with Olivia, so now here I am. I really love the freedom of having your own domain, you can really do what you want with it. It’s great! I am planning on opening another site, what do you know, lol. It’s going to be a Help Site with a wide variety of in-depth tutorials and a help and advice column. I will let you guys know when it’s up and ready for you guys to see.
These past few days back at school have been so tireing. I haven’t been able to stay up late. lol. Everyday at school I always want to fall asleep. One, because the lectures are so boring and two, because I didn’t get any sleep the night before. I really have trouble falling asleep. Even if I stay up late the night before and then get up early the next morning, I’d be tired throughout the day, but when it comes to going to bed? I’m just not tired anymore for some reason, or it takes a billion years for me to fall asleep. I’ve got some questions for you.

1. How hard was it on the first day back?
2. Did you get piled with homework?
3. What class do you dread going to everyday?
4. Are you sleepy right now? lol

Yes, I know that I didn’t post about my field trip. Sorry. I was really busy. It was a lot of fun. The day started off in the Jewish Sinagogue. It was a very nice building. We got to see the torah and the other scrolls. We were suprised that the tour guide was unable to speak Hebrew, even though he was a member. Next, we went to the Buddhist Temple. It was very beautiful! There was a big Buddha in the back. The person that spoke, no one could understand a word he said. He was trying to compare Buddha and Jesus and saying that they are the same and that Buddhism and Christianity are the same, which is so far from being true. He made some jokes but we didn’t get them, so we laughed anyway. They then played the drums. It was really really cool. After, we went to lunch; nothing special, lol. After we went to the Sikh Temple, It wasn’t all that fun, it wasn’t very decerative or colourful. . We then proceded to go to their hall they have and they made this really weird deep fried bread. It was so gross. Don’t ever make it. lol.
Tomorrow is the last day of school until January! YAY!

Field Trip

Holiday Spirit

So, I decided to make my own layout, It’s not the best but hey, I’ll get better. The main thing for me is colour scheme. I’m never sure what looks good together. That kind of sucks because you need nice colours for the layout. But all in all, I am happy with this layout. Next time I’ll plan it out better. I am also working on some articles, tutorials and content for you guys. : D
